Steps to get an office code running on the Collectors' Net

  1. Reserve an Office Code. Go to the Wiki to check for availability and stake your claim.
  2. Create User Account on the ckts.info server. This step gathers some basic information from you, and gives you the ability to log on to the CNET database server.

    To complete this phase, go to http://www.ckts.info/register-as-user.php, fill in the blanks, and click the "Submit" button. You will receive an email when your account has been created. Once this step is completed, you can choose your office code and make directory entries, post information about your switch and yourself, and make yourself visible to other members.
  3. Activate your office code. This is sometimes overlooked, but necessar y. This step allows for automated lookups of your telephone numbers by people wanti ng to be able to call you. You'll need to have reserved an office code in step 1, and registered yourself in step 2, before you can activate. To do this, go to http://www.ckts.info/secure /register-nnx.php.
